My Soul Is Drenched In Pain Today - A Jewish Woman On A Therapeutic Journey

My soul is achy today. Drenched with pain and hurtful emotions. I have days like this. When I absorb the energy from other people and the environment around me.

It is a very exhausting and tiring experience to live through. And this is part of what comes with being an empath. It is not easy and I'm learning how to build boundaries around my inner being so that I'm not constantly being drawn into other people's issues. But I would be lying if I said it was easy.
